Found a book recently called "Wheat Belly" by William Davis MD at my local library. It is worth a read. More information on how the wheat we presently eat has changed from what our ancestors ate (sometimes containing many more times the gluten of the wheat, in preparation, in our ancestors bread - also the proteins are different from breeding the wheat for a higher yield) and how Celiac Disease is not the only reason not to eat wheat. It focuses on both weight loss and health. A great summer read and maybe you will be able to fit into your summer wardrobe better too!
