Magnesium Grocery List from Doctor Oz

 
We all need magnesium for healthy body function. It can also lessen muscle/nerve pain and help with alleviating constipation. Here is a list of foods to buy and consume for adding magnesium to your diet. Skip the wheat bread if gluten free. I posted a list I like even better than Dr. Oz's list below.
