Top Ten Reasons Why I Should Get To Eat Whatever I Want

This is my hardest thing to get across to folks. Why do people want to eat things that don't agree with them...or they don't even want to admit or even try to find out what is "stressing" their bodies and making/keeping them ill. They just want to eat what THEY want to eat!

 Part 2 should also be changing the rest of your lifestyle...not ONLY what you eat....
