I used to have more issues with anxiety (not full blown panic attacks) but I feel much calmer and able to deal with life when I am not eating foods that I am allergic.intolerant to. Please watch the following video and also check out the links below to some articles on the subject.

Someone had commented that prescription drugs can help with anxiety too. My take on that is that prescription drugs cause toxicity in the body and have many side effects. Changing your diet and eating healthier has no side effects besides giving your body more nutrients to heal and gets rid of the ROOT cause of the anxiety.You need to try it to believe it!
