New "My Favorite Books" Links

I added some of my favorite books to the left top of my blog's start up page. If you click on them it will take you to www.amazon.com  to have a closer look at or even inside the book. Please also remember to visit your local library also to look at the books for free and get all the information you need to be healthier for free! (Unless you return a book late or if you don't return a book :(
