  1. The tips are easy to follow and promoting natural food is good and recommending chemical stress free environment really helps a lot. Detox is good for your health.

  2. Set a goal of say one week and take away at least one item of your daily diet that you know isn't good for you. If you do it a week at a time, the task doesn't seem so daunting. Take French fries, for example - instead of ordering them substitute something that's healthier - a salad could be the ideal choice.
