Thank you for posting this! I don't food combine properly at all, and it's something I should try doing. It seems like the most tasty raw desserts combine sweet fruits with proteins :P
The better and easier food preparation becomes for me, the more I need to learn other things such as better food combining. We all need to strive for the easiest digestion and assimilation of nutrients to be our healthiest.Hope this post helps!
Why is that then? Fruits are digested easily. If you eat protein rich foods which would take longer to digest, the fruit that you eat after the protein will rest on top of it. It would take you 6-8 hours to digest the protein while the fruit has already fermented on top. foodcombiningcharts.com Thanks
Fruit and proteins should not be eaten together...except for acid fruits like lemon/lime/citrus because these help the foods digest. High sugar fruits would make the protein ferment (not good for the toxins it produces....)
