Recipe for Macrobiotic Pressed Salad

I am camping this weekend, "macro on the road" so there have been less posts. I will  try this pressed salad soon and let you know how it is... for camping I brought salmon and brown rice cereal(grits) and brown rice, strawberries, almond butter, cabbage/carrot/brown rice wrap on a brown rice tortilla, nori, umeboshi, sauerkraut, miso soup, rice and lentil and veggie stew. I'll be back on Mon or Tues, have a nice weekend!
