Veggies are Your Friends!

Eat more veggies! In macrobiotics eat them cooked, raw foodies eat them raw. Just eat them!
Some macrobiotics recipes say to long cook your veggies, but most say to lightly warm them.
I believe both raw foods and macrobiotics are such healing diets and I like to teach them both, but it is so odd that one says almost all cooked and the other says all raw. Either way one thing they agree on is people should take out the processed garbage foods and eat lots of vegetables!
